Article and structure of departments
Discipline departments include all faculty members of the organization.
In relation to the objectives to be achieved, the departments are made up of cultural printmakers, either by four axis teachers or by address, and by the teachers of the departments that characterize the different addresses within the organization.

Department meetings
Departmental meetings are held at the following times of the school year.
To plan actions to be taken at meetings before the start of lessons and after meetings of department heads:

- Definition of minimum standards

Annual planning
By October 15 (or by the date of submission of work plans or designs in any case):
- Expansion of artificial and disciplinary program
- Plans for activities for the expansion of the training offer

- Plans to purchase materials and teaching aids

Annual work planning
At the beginning of the school year, a meeting is held between the department coordinators and administrative staff, in which the program lines (key objectives, times) of the annual assignments are agreed upon.
Tasks of the Coordinator
This work is coordinated by the teacher appointed by the head teacher, who takes into account the proposals of the department, the work to be done and the experiences and skills related to the reported availability.
Department Coordinator:

- Invites meetings (Section 27 of CCNL, in force, based on the established annual number) by a written notice sent to each teacher, with a minimum of 7 days notice. This notice is also communicated to the Teachers’ Secretariat

Function of disciplinary departments
Departmental meetings are held according to a schedule agreed upon within each department (except the first meeting, convened by the manager).
Each meeting takes place in the following ways:

Resolutions:
- They are recognized by the majority of existing teachers
- They cannot conflict with the PTOF under a valid sentence

Each author:

The meetings of the department are compulsorily convened by the management or coordinator, on their own initiative or at the reasonable request expressed by the majority of the faculty members of the department.
