The suspect simulated in public not being able to walk while moving in a wheelchair, but inside the house he walked effortlessly, quietly climbed the stairs, carried the weights and tools, unloaded the wooden planks from his car, cut the hedge with a brush cutter and mowed the lawn, and drove the scooter.

At the first medical examination in 2012, the suspect was found to have such a deficiency that the commission recognized him as “100% of the total permanent and permanent disability from work and could not walk without the continued assistance of a comrade”. For this reason, the 49-year-old was given a disability pension of 1400 euros per month, and an additional contribution of 800 euros per month to home maintenance by the Veneto region.

Last November, during a medical examination requested by the military, the man presented himself in a wheelchair pushed by his wife and pretended to be invalid.

But the doctors found that he did not have paraplegia, but a paraplegic with a middle degree was not entitled to any pension / disability allowance. Thus, on the order of the court, a portion of the carabiner property was proceeded with as a precautionary siege.
