eSIM (embedded SIM) is an integrated SIM card in some phones and cellular connected watches. This new format, completely dematerialized, arrived late and allows you to access its mobile network and access your package (call, SMS, Internet, etc.) without inserting a SIM card.

- Sign in Mobile Subscriber Area Use your username and associated password.
- Go to area My commands Then My sim orders.
- Scan QR code With your smartphone camera.
- Fill Confirmation code.
- It may take a few minutes to download eSIM (after downloading you may need to restart your smartphone).
The pin code is 1234 Default (you should change it later).
Turn on your eSIM

To transfer your eSIM to another smartphone, you need to remove it from the first mobile and download / activate it on the second mobile. When deleting Your phone must be connected to the Internet Request (via WiFi or another SIM) will be taken into account.
