Crown Tundra DLC for Pokemon Sword and Shield has no confirmed release time. However, the DLC is scheduled to release on Thursday, October 22 in North America and on Friday, October 23 in Europe and Japan. Since the release is split on two different dates, we can assume that the expansion will begin early Friday in North America, Europe and Asia. The game’s first DLC, Isle of Armor, was released early Thursday morning in North America, so for some reason the Crown Tundra looks set to launch at a different time.
Fortunately, past releases that follow a similar schedule can be used to predict the release time of the crown tundra. Ultimate fighters like Super Smash Brothers Minecraft Steve generally follow the same split date release schedule as this DLC, and they tend to drop late in the evening in North America. If you want to believe Nintendo’s scheduled release date of October 22, the new Pokemon DLC is always available at 5pm – 10pm.
