    According to media company Bloomberg, Ubisoft is working on its next project for Assassin’s Creed, called Infinity. The development phase is still in its infancy and the release is still a long way off. It is already known which Ubisoft teams will operate on the online platform.

    Ubisoft has confirmed that they are working on a new online game in the killer Crete universe. It became one Bloomberg Post It is known whose information comes from Ubisoft employees. The project is currently in early development and the release date is not yet in view. Infinity is described as a platform that wants to link games from different eras. They say rapid change is possible in the gaming world like Fortnight and GTA Online.

    Who is working on Assassin’s Creed Infinity?

    In one Website From July 7, it officially confirms the existence of the Ubisoft project and explains which Ubisoft teams will be involved in the development. The Montreal team is preceded by Clint Hawking, Creative Director of the Splinter Cell and Watchdogs Legion, while the Quebec team is led by Jonathan Dumont, who has worked for Syndicate and Odyssey.

    Mark-Alexis Cote will lead the Infinity project, which will include games from the two studios mentioned, and will no longer act as the executive producer of the entire Assassin’s Creed rights. Mark-Alexis Cote previously worked in the fraternity before becoming the Creative Director for Syndicate. He is also a senior staff member of Ubisoft’s Quebec team. He is backed by Etienne Alonier of Montreal, who has long been the brand director for the owner, and Julian Laferier, the producer of Valhalla in Quebec.

    Tensions at Ubisoft

    In the Bloomberg article, the younger escape incidents at Ubisoft were also discussed. Over the past year, executives have reportedly faced allegations of sexual harassment and mistreatment of employees. As a result some managers are said to have left the development studio. However, the problems do not seem to have abated to date.

    The report states that after many years of dealing with previously published Assassin’s Creed components, many employees are not happy with working in Infinity with uncertain results, so they are looking for work with other developers.
