Nintendo has sold more than 28 million Nintendo Switch In the last financial year, this brought the console to a total of 84.5 million units. According to the president – Shundaro Furukawa – about one-fifth (or almost) 6 million Units) were already sold within residential units owned by a console.

Nintendo had long ago set a goal of selling multiple Nintendo switches to one family President That said, this trend will continue. The company expects to sell 25.5 million Nintendo switches in fiscal 2021, ending in March 2022. If so, the console would even surpass the Wii, which was “shut down” at 101 million before production stopped.

Furukawa has repeatedly said that the Nintendo Switch has reached its midpoint Life cycle, So the platform still has many years of life. There are many highly anticipated high-level games such as The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword Remaster, Pokemon Diamond and Berlin remakes, Pokemon Legends Arsius and Splatoon 3, as well as The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2. (The name is not official, without a release date yet), the next Metro Prime and the next Bioneta (although this seems to be a long way off).

In all honesty, it is very difficult that the Nintendo Switch has not become Kyoto’s best-selling console. We also saw that the console sells well in Spain and the UK.
