According to information from Bloomberg Obtained from component suppliers, publishers and retailers, 2021-2022 will be a long way from the recession of switch sales predicted by most analysts. Nintendo can expect a new annual fiscal year to be at least ambitious in terms of console sales and higher in terms of game sales. For reference, Nintendo plans to sell 205 million switch games in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, but Bloomberg says the manufacturer will record 250 million games next year. Keep in mind that Switch has already sold more games than all other Nintendo consoles except the DS (948 million) and Wii (922 million), with over 532 million games distributed worldwide.

This target suggests that Nintendo may have some more major unannounced titles in the second half of 2021, and that the new switch model could be more widely introduced with a larger LED screen and 4K output on the TV. As for switch sales, Nintendo plans to distribute at least several consoles for its fourth year in its fifth fiscal year. Currently, Nintendo 2020 has sold 24.1 million Switches between April and December for 26.5 million by March 2021 (which is no doubt a conservative target, which is actually close to 30 million). Coincidentally, Nintendo plans to easily cross the 100 million Switch index bar in the world by the end of 2021 this year.
