Step 2: Upload the vaccine certificate

After receiving the second dose, it is important to upload your immunization certificate (QR code) received by email. Otherwise, you can download it using the government self-service portal. Open the app and allow access to your camera

For individuals who do not wish to use or use the VaxiCode application on their cell phone, the vaccine certificate (QR code) will be accepted from merchants in paper form until September 1st.
