Step 2: Upload the vaccine certificate

Step 3: Download the VaxiCode app to access your vaccine passport

Find and download the VaxiCode app

Open the app and allow access to your camera

Scan your vaccination certificate (QR code on your computer, tablet or paper) on your cell phone.

For individuals who do not wish to use or use the VaxiCode application on their cell phone, the vaccine certificate (QR code) will be accepted from merchants in paper form until September 1st.
