Does an RSS automatically attend a CSE meeting without being elected?

A trade union representative (RSS) is a representative of a trade union within a company. Union not represented in the company. However, this appointment order does not give him any right to attend the full meetings of the CSE unless he is mandated as an elected official.

In companies with less than 50 employees, only an elected representative can be appointed by the RSS. If he is elected to office, he may attend CSE meetings as an elected member. If he is an alternative, he cannot attend meetings as an RSS organization or as an alternative.

In companies with at least 50 employees, any employee is likely to be forced into the RSS if they meet both the legal age and the minimum 1 year seniority requirements. He can only attend CSE meetings if he coordinates the mandate of the elected owner of the CSE and the RSS.

Unlike representative unions in companies with at least 50 employees, a non-representative union cannot appoint a union representative to the CSE (RSCSE) as a former official at committee meetings.

If you are not selected as the owner and can not be appointed as RSCSE, you can attend the meetings only if RSS is invited. The internal regulations of the CSE may issue a formal invitation to meetings of the RSS, which may be enforced against him if he has signed the relevant regulations or the entire clause.
