A trade union representative (RSS) is a representative of a trade union within a company. Union not represented in the company. However, this appointment order does not give him any right to attend the full meetings of the CSE unless he is mandated as an elected official.
In companies with less than 50 employees, only an elected representative can be appointed by the RSS. If he is elected to office, he may attend CSE meetings as an elected member. If he is an alternative, he cannot attend meetings as an RSS organization or as an alternative.

If you are not selected as the owner and can not be appointed as RSCSE, you can attend the meetings only if RSS is invited. The internal regulations of the CSE may issue a formal invitation to meetings of the RSS, which may be enforced against him if he has signed the relevant regulations or the entire clause.
