NASA’s ingenious helicopter-drone is preparing to fly to Mars, with the aim of demonstrating for the first time the possibility of a spacecraft being controlled on a planet other than Earth. During the night, engineers from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JBL) sent orders for a drone-helicopter flight to Italy 9,31 today. It is estimated that from that moment on the test will take about three hours to confirm.
The signal will be sent diligently by the ingenuity, which launched the drone to the surface of Mars on April 3, after carrying it on a long voyage from Earth; The rover will send a signal to the Mars 2020 mission in Mars orbit, which will then send it to Earth.

The ingenious aircraft, fully self-propelled, is expected to last about 40 seconds and the drone will lift three meters and land on its four legs. The vehicle will then rest and recharge the batteries.
Images of the aircraft expected on the ground are taken by ingenious cameras and the rover at a distance of 60 meters from the drone. The first shots coming from the drone will be in black and white, it can only transmit images in color if the vehicle recharges the batteries.
