In a message to Windows Insider, Microsoft announced that version 10 of Windows 10 H2 will be named “Windows 10 November 2021 Update”. Windows Insiders is allowed to test Windows 10 version 21 H2’s 19044.1288 for immediate implementation. The developers believe that this perfect configuration will be available to all Windows 10 users from November. Compared to Windows 10 version 21H1 (built 19043.xxx) the build number changes only minimally.

Windows Insider receives a pre-release version of Windows 10 version 21H2 with the corresponding notification displayed in the Windows update. The prerequisite is that you are on the “Release Preview” channel and are using Windows 10 version 21H1 (or earlier). Alternatively, a preview of the November update is available on this Microsoft website as an ISO file for a new installation.
