Two weeks ago Sony gave you the upcoming highlights for the PlayStation 4 and 5. Nintendo certainly thought “we can do it too” and this week gave us a midnight direct. There they presented autumn and winter games and a view of the coming year.
In the first few seconds, fans of Monster Hunter Rice can expect the announcement of the Sun Break. The expansion is set to be released in the summer and more information is to be followed in the upcoming TGS. This was followed by a series of announcements: Kirby and Forgotten Land, Actriser Renaissance, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and many more.
Eventually, the big surprises continued again. On the one hand, Shigeru Miyamoto personally provided the voice acting roles for the upcoming Mario film. Chris Brad will voice Mario. Many years later, Bayonetta also presented herself in a hairy trailer, announcing the third part for 2022.
If you’ve been waiting for the next Nintendo Direct, you do not have to do this much longer. Next month will be the final announcement of the last fighter in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. There will also be a live announcement of the upcoming update at Animal Crossing: New Horizons, which will be released in November. Until then, however, you are welcome to participate in today’s Sunday question (multiple answers are possible).
