The PlayStation-exclusive title “Ghost of Sushima” will receive a director’s cut version on August 20, 2021, while its own release will be available on the PlayStation 5. The director’s cut for PS4 and PS5 features the original version of Ghost of Sushima, all previous updates and additional content, and a new adventure for Gin “Iki Island. Additionally, the PS5 version of the game comes with some unique additional features.
All Ghost of Sushima players can expect quality updates such as enhancement of photo mode and enhancement of usability on launch day.

Check out the story expansion first on “Ikki Island”
In the brand new episode of Ghost of Sushima, Jin travels to the neighboring island of Sushima to investigate rumors of a Mongolian presence. However, he does get caught up in very personal events that create traumatic experiences from his past.
Aside from the story and the sequel to the new characters, players can expect a lot of new content on Iggy Island. This includes new environments, armor for gin and his horse, mini-games, abilities, enemy types and more.

Although both PS4 and PS5 players can enjoy the “Ikea Island” expansion, the PS5 version’s director’s cut still offers many features:

4K resolution with 60 fps target rate
The director’s cut-off cost of Sushima for PS4 and PS5 can be pre-ordered on the PlayStation Store from July 2, 2021 to August 20, 2021. All pre-order orders will receive a PS4 version of Ghost of Sushima for download in addition to pre-order items in the game. On July 2, 2021, the PS4 standard version of Ghost of Sushima will be removed from the PlayStation Store.

Development Studio takes players of the Coast of Sushima from Sucker Punch Productions to medieval atmospheric feudal Japan. In 1274 the island of Sushima was invaded by the Mongol army.
