Problems with Pokemon GO Raid? Share your raid records with Niantic! Nintendo Connect

Enable Raid Record

Before you can share RAID data, you must enable RAID log in settings.

  1. In the map view, tap Main list.
  2. In the upper right, tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to Raid record.
  4. Tap the button next to the option Enable Raid Record.

You can deactivate the RAID record at any time by changing the “Enable RAID record” option. However, keep in mind that if you disable the RAID record, RAID records that have not yet been uploaded will be deleted.

Send raid data to Niantic

The application automatically saves your RAID data once you activate the RAID log. The data of a test will be stored for 24 hours or until your next raid battle. You can upload your RAID data via settings at any time.

  1. In the map view, tap Main list.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to Raid record.
  4. Tap UploadUpload your latest raid record.

The following points should be considered when sharing your RAID data:

  • Other trainers in your raid team should also file raid records if they encounter a problem.
  • If you can’t win the Raid Battle you can also submit Raid records.
  • Only the data of your last raid battle is stored and only up to 24 hours.
  • No other data was recorded in your test logs.
  • When you submit a ticket to support, you must also submit your raid data.
