WhatsApp and Apple have developed a way to make chat history between Android device and iPhone as easy as possible.
For many WhatsApp users, the loss of chats, photos and other documents shared on Messenger is questionable. This fear may prevent them from switching to the iPhone, which is not Apple’s business. So the maker and WhatsApp have worked together to make life easier for all Android device users who want to switch to iOS.
Previously, Switzerland had to download the Migrate to iOS app on its Android smartphone. She’s the bridge between the old device and the new iPhone. During the post-configuration process, an option in the “Applications and Data” panel is to transfer data with the Android smartphone.
The iPhone will search for the Migrate to iOS app on the old mobile and then create a peer-to-peer connection that will allow you to recover files, contacts and other documents. This is the first representation of iOS for Micrader, including the history of WhatsApp conversations, which opens up to third-party developers.
Depending on the size of the archive that needs to be replaced, the loading time on the iPhone may be more or less. Pre-load the WhatsApp icon on the home screen of the Apple smartphone and touch it to quickly download the entire app. Authentication on WhatsApp is required to decrypt history. Then all chats and links should be available on the iPhone.
Please note that there may be some bugs as this is still a beta version. Once transferred to the iPhone, the history can be stored in the iCloud cloud to restore it on the future new iPhone.
