Health Pass: How to download it on your mobile

Although the generalization of the Health Pass to new locations will apply from the beginning of August, many French people will have to show the document and its popular QR code. Here’s how to download and view it on your smartphone.

Whether you have been vaccinated or not, whether you have passed the PCR or antigen test to get to the place where the sanitary pass is needed, this popular sesame should show. Auditors are usually equipped with a smartphone to scan the QR code that comes with the document. If you have not printed it, downloading it to your mobile phone is often easy. There are two methods, the first involves adding it to the TousAntiCovid application (on iOS and Android), the second simply invites you to download the file in PDF format and display the QR code displayed there.

But be careful, the procedures vary depending on whether you are being vaccinated (double dose) or whether you have the results of a PCR or antigen test. In all cases do not forget your identity card or passport, these documents are usually checked at the same time as the Health Pass.

If you are vaccinated

If you are completely immunized (not enough to administer the first dose), the download process is straightforward.

If you are one of those who has been fully vaccinated since the end of June, the document provided by the authorities includes a flash code that can be automatically identified by the TousAntiCovid application, a button virtual center (scan a QR code) on the Android version with a button located on the top right of the iOS version. It will then be automatically approved and added to the Health Pass Section Manual. It is also used for travel abroad and within the EU.

If you have been vaccinated by the end of June, the Social Security site Amelie.FR (Available here), Using your regular identifiers (security number, etc.). Note that you can also take this process through your France Connect account (already used for many public services such as Tax or La Post).

Once logged in, you can download the four-page certification document in PDF format and provide your identification information and proof of your vaccination in QRcode format. Specifically, you can save it to your download files or take a screenshot of your QR code. You can scan and add to TousAntiCovid by following the procedure above.

If you have passed an exam

Unless you are vaccinated. The government explains that the Health Pass is valid by justifying a PCR or antigen test of less than 48 hours. To download the source, a procedure is put in place and usually relies on sending an SMS.

When you take a test, you can give your cell phone number. An SMS will be sent to your inbox with a link leading to a page requesting your date of birth and your number or your email address. You will receive the code via another SMS for dual authentication. Once the code is entered the new webpage allows you to access your results.

The first link invites you to download the supporting document in PDF format, with the QR code embedded in it. You can integrate it into files downloaded from your mobile phone or take a screenshot of the QR code.
