Graphic comparison between the Xbox Series X and the PlayStation 5

A new graphic comparison compares the shadow of the Tomb Rider on the Xbox Series X and the PlayStation 5.

Top Rider’s Shadow can be played on the new Sony console after receiving its next gen update on the PlayStation 5, the game has been subjected to another graphic comparison. This game fits backwards on both the next gen consoles.

The results are impressive! The Xbox Series X312 has its own resolution of 12 2088, which corresponds to 7,750,656 pixels.

The PlayStation 5 version reaches 3840 × 1080 resolution in checkerboard operation, which changes the size of the vertical resolution, thanks to backward compatibility. This is 4,147,200 pixels and 3,603,456 pixels less compared to the Xbox Series X.

The Xbox Series S version runs at 1600x900p with graphics settings similar to the Xbox One. In performance mode, the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions run at 1620b resolution using checkerboarding.

When it comes to loading time, the Xbox Series X Edge seems to be common to all AK games, as only the newer Microsoft consoles run at full hardware power, even with older compatible games. Here the Xbox Series X / S loads 16 seconds faster than the PlayStation 5.
