During the season, NBA Entertainment cameras had unprecedented access to the filming of the sixth and final Jordanian team to win the championship, providing fans with never-before-seen footage and interviews with players and coaches.
The first two episodes covered the rise of the Bull dynasty with Jordan and the relationship between the team and the front office.
The long list of respondents included two former presidents of the United States – Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.
Obama, who spent a large part of his life in Chicago and was a big fan of the Bulls, remembers not being able to buy tickets for Bulls because that was the excitement when Jordan got there.
When featured on the show, the 44th President’s title card described him as “a former Chicago resident” for the enjoyment of social media.
I want more
Former and current NBA players and fans have been gripped by the first two episodes of the series.
But they will have to wait until next Sunday to watch episodes three and four to their dismay.
The first two episodes have received rave reviews from all over the sports world, including American national teammate Jordan, Olympic gold medalist, Earvin ‘Magic’ Johnson.
“For me? Michael Jordan, Michael Jackson and Beyoncé are the three greatest artists of my life; and you could probably throw Muhammad Ali in there.”
“Dean Smith told Michael Jordan to be pro because that was what was best for him, instead of telling him to stay, what would be best for Dean Smith. He is a coach for whom you want to play. “
