NBA Playgrounds’ developer Saber Interactive is still hard at work to get that first Switch update rolling out as soon as possible for their basketball game. An unexpected delay that annoyed fans and encouraged Saber to hand out free copies of their upcoming title Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn to everyone who owns NBA Playgrounds. And now, Switch players will apparently get way more than what’s expected in this patch.
Saber CEO Matt Karch has been answering fans’ questions on Facebook, and he gave more details on the content of this awaited update. In addition to the online, it will halve the size of the game on the console’s hard drive, increase the resolution (so a better graphics rendering), and include all the other features included in the other versions (new players, Challenge Mode, Connection Manager, revamped shooting system).
