As we’re still throwing the first dunks in the freshly released arcade-style basketball game NBA Playgrounds, a lot of players have expressed concerns regarding lengthy loading times for the Nintendo Switch version. Which is annoying since that issue isn’t showing in the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions. Developer Saber Interactive has heard about that, and is already working on a way to fix it.
In an interview with Just Pause, Saber Interactive CEO Matt Karch shared a bit of information on this problem and confirmed that an update is on the way to resolve it. Not sure if it’ll be the same update as the one that will bring the online mode though, which should be coming “very soon”. In addition, new players and playgrounds will be distributed for free.
In other news, Matt Karch also said that the core development of Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn is finally complete, so we might see the game pretty soon on our consoles. Here’s the full video if you want to take a look:
