Xiaomi is formalizing the Redmi Note 10 Lite … or renaming the Redmi Note 9 Pro instead

Xiaomi continues to offer alternatives to its basic models and the Redmi Note 10 is no exception to the rule. The Chinese company has standardized the lite version of the smartphone with a solid technology sheet.

The Redmi Note 10 range continues to grow. In fact, Xiaomi has formalized the arrival of the Redmi Note 10 Lite in India. As usual, the latter will soon be provided beyond these limits. So he joins his eight members, all markets and countries together.

However, on closer inspection, we realize that it attracts greatly Redmi Note 9 Pro, Which has already been announced. This can be seen particularly in terms of design, with a vertebrate photo island placed in the center, while it is on the left side of the rest of the range.

A solid technical paper, but no surprises

So we own the 6.67-inch IPS panel with full HD + definition (1080 x 2400 pixels) and 20: 9 format, all protected by Gorilla Glass. Underneath the latter is the Snapdragon 720G with 4/6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage (expandable via microSD). A fingerprint sensor is located on the left edge and we appreciate the presence of the 3.5mm mini-jack port.

For photography, it has a four-fold sensor with a 48-megapixel wide-angle, whose lens opens at f / 1.9, with an ultra-wide-angle 8 MPH (f / 2.2) and a depth sensor and a macro volume (5 megapixels).

It is equipped with a 5020 mAh battery, which should provide better autonomy. No hypercharging here, but 18W fast charging. It is explicitly offered under Android 11 and MIUI 12.

Apparently, the Chinese manufacturer hopes to continue to dominate the entry level with this extra note. The 4/64GB model will sell for around 0 170 excluding tax, while the 6/64GB and 6/128GB versions will be offered வரி 190 and € 200 excluding taxes, respectively.
