Explains delivery delays of the Delta + Pop offer for free, but without giving any deadlines
We have been reporting to you for several months now that the Freebox Delta + Pop offer has been a huge success. But on the flip side of the coin it shows significant delivery delays. This is calculated in months for subscribers requesting relocation. The reasons for these delays are not due to player popup stock issue, because Freebox Pop export is done on time, migration or new subscription. So this is a server freebox delta stock issue, which is not expected for free.
When asked on PFM Business this Monday, Xavier Neil returned to the issue. He explains “We acquired Delta and republished it with another player (Package Note: Freebox Pop) and now we are several months behind in settlements. We are complete.” Add more: “We always say for free that a good box is a box with stock issues for us. So we decided to stop air traffic for environmental reasons so we ended up with stock issues, delivery issues, so we found road transport, boat transport and unfortunately with saturated transport mechanisms, initially Connected with the transport of masks and other products. We end up late, which we do not like very much. “ So the deadline for subscribers waiting for Delta + Pop has not been announced yet, and we are not sure if these explanations will comfort them.
