    The Integrated Conference provided a positive feedback on guidelines for active work in public administration. Renato Brunetta.     Working wisely in the PA, what the guidelines offer

    Establishes this Consent Agreement with Municipalities, Provinces and Territories on Operational Procedures for Acceptance of Smart Task in Local Authorities pending approval of new National Agreements.

    ANCI e UPI Approved the guidelines, while the regions and autonomous provinces sent comments and amendments, which we briefly state:

    • Clarification of food vouchers, especially on days when the active worker is present for his service, when working in the afternoon, whether or not the food voucher is entitled;
    • A request to specify what security level is considered adequate for accessing digital resources and their associated management applications;
    • Request to clarify what is meant by “personal or domestic user” when referring to users of office automation systems or users (xDSL, FTTH, etc.)
    • A proposal to remove provisions to facilitate access to workers who are “under conditions of particular need, not covered by high measures”;
    • Proposes to delete paragraph 6 in “Remote Work”;
    • Demand for what is meant by “technical measures to ensure that the worker is disconnected from the technical work equipment”.
    • It is the duty of the management to carry out the inspection of the place of work of the worker at least once in a quarter or once in a year or at least once in six months.
