A Berlin police officer drove his patrol car through the snow-covered Korlitzer Park in Grozberg. There were criticisms and misunderstandings on the internet, and police responded with a tweet on Tuesday.
The video, released Monday on Twitter, shows how a police car operates on a snowy surface over the past sunny days and changes rapidly on its own axis – presumably with the help of the handle.
Twitter wrote: “If anyone wants to count on how all the hours of policing in Berlin in Corley Grosberg come about.”

Police on Tuesday responded: “Moved straight to the Twitter feed with a 360-degree view of the Corley … check in on foot as usual tomorrow.”
Other Twitter reactions vary between “you should be ashamed” and “let them have fun in this moment”. According to police, the department in charge now wants to find out which colleagues in the snow made themselves happy. It remains to be seen if there will be any repercussions for this move. (dpa)
