VaxiCode is now available on Android

After delays, the application that downloads and distributes the vaccine source is now available for phones running the Google operating system, with the vaccine passport coming into effect next Wednesday.

On Monday, the VaxiCode application appeared on Google Play, although it is not yet coded by its search engine. A search using quotes “VaxiCode” downloaded the app, which has already been available for iPhones for several days.

From next Wednesday, customers aged 13 and over will need a passport to travel to restaurants, gyms, bars and other non-essential places.

People who have not downloaded the application can provide a digital or printed photo of the existing QR code on the vaccine certificate. In addition, fines for traders do not apply until September 15.

Recent tests
