    Our recommendation

It seems that a little patience is still needed

However, the update for One UI 3.1 will not appear on all Galaxy smartphones at the same time. “It may vary depending on the area available and the provider,” Samsung said. So you still have to be patient with some devices for a few more days.

In Germany, Samsung distributes Update for Galaxy S20F Before the update wave is announced. In addition, users of the Note 20 Ultra in this country are already anticipating the download. Once it’s on your device, you’ll get a notification on your mobile phone, or you can see it under “Settings | Software Update | Download and Install”

A UI 3.1: Galaxy S20, A51 and Co. New functions for.

Expect some awesome new features for your camera, including optimal single-mode mode with One UI 3.1. With this function, your mobile phone automatically records a large number of pictures and clips for up to 15 seconds. You can pick your favorites.

The eraser function is also new. The brilliant tool helps you to remove unwanted items from your photo quickly and easily. In Pro Video mode, you can enable what is called Multi Mic Recording. You also use the microphones of Bluetooth headphones such as the Galaxy Butts Pro for your recording. Unfortunately, not all camera features are available on all devices, but only for last year’s series (S20, Note 20, Z Fold 2, Z Flip).

Samsung cares about your eyes and privacy

A UI 3.1 adds an eye comfort function that reduces blue light depending on the time of day. Warm tones should enable a better night’s sleep. You also have better control over what data you share with others. For example, if you send a photo, you can remove the metadata, for example. Additionally, thanks to the auto-switch function, you can connect your Galaxy Butts Pro, Butts Live or Butts + to multiple devices simultaneously and automatically switch between tablet and smartphone.
