These are the different graphics modes and benefits of the PS5 version

Technically, the Legacy of Thieves Collection is not surprising with the robust technology of the PS5 system and offers a total of three different graphic modes:

  • Faith: First choice for 4K displays, as the captions in this system run at native 4K resolution at 30 fps.
  • Performance: Dynamic resolution is available, but the frame rate is 60 fps.
  • Performance +: Everyone should use this option preferably for faster frame rates because the parts not mentioned here run at 120 fps, but “only” at 1080p resolution.

In addition, the collection naturally takes advantage of other technical advantages of the PS5, such as the dualSense controller’s haptic concept, fast loading time and 3D audio.

No multiplayer: However, in terms of content, there are some restrictions. Because complete single player campaigns are included in the collection, multiplayer modes are completely absent. So you can not play Survival Arena or the like on PS5 Remasters. A few weeks ago we reported on the possible removal of multiplayer:

Upgrade option for PS4 version owners

If you already have one of two games (i.e. Uncharted 4 or Lost Legacy) or a digital bundle of two titles on the PS4 and switch to the PS5 Remaster, you will get a relatively inexpensive upgrade option. The whole thing costs 10 euros and then offers you a complete digital collection.

Small Downer: If owners of disk versions want to download or run the collection, they must insert them. This also means that if you have the disk versions and the PS5 digital version you do not have the cheap upgrade option.

Are you going to get the collection?
