Apple bosses are excited about the progress of Apple cards.
With iOS 15, maps have been greatly improved. The updated version provides comprehensive representation of streets and buildings, fast and accurate navigation, 3D views of scenes in major cities and more.
So the bosses gave gifts to their employees. In a post LinkedIn Cart Engineer Nick Depolo shows pictures of the prizes. You can see the pins, stickers and thank you note.
Various small gifts
Many developers have received a small package from the Maps team. Apple also gave a poster: various signs such as the Statue of Liberty and the Golden Gate Bridge can be found on it.
The second poster shows parts of the earth and the map.
“Each of you left your fingerprints” in Springfield, “the card says. Springfield is Apple’s internal code name for the modified map object. “Thank you for all your special contributions to this product and for building a tradition of excellent work at Apple.”
It is not known how many employees the gift package was sent to.
