Sony Marketing the new soundbar under the name HT-S400 And relies on technology developed to simulate surround sound by Dolby Digital and S-Force Pro. Since the computer only has two front speakers, the soundbar cannot produce real surround sound. The wireless speaker is responsible for the bass. The speaker has a speaker with a diameter of 160 mm.
With the built-in X-Balanced speaker unit, distortion can be reduced and voices can be created more clearly. The soundtrack was fitted with integrated speech and night mode. The back of the loudspeaker is made of recycled plastic. The Sony HT-S400 can be connected to some TVs via Bluetooth.
Additionally, the Sony HT-S400 features an OLED display that displays various status information of the user. The soundbar can be controlled with the supplied remote control. If you have a Sony Provia TV, you can also operate the device directly through the TV’s interface.
Soundbar is expected to be available from April 2022
The new soundbar costs 270 euros in Germany. Although the HT-S400 is already listed at first dealers, the device will not be delivered until April. Anyone interested in the soundbar should be patient or step back in alternative ways.
