Konami has announced that it will be temporarily removing Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater 3D from the 3DS eShop, for the 3 people below who plan to bring the game to 3DS soon. The move comes into effect on November 8.
Explaining the removal, Konami said it was “in the process of renewing licenses for certain historical stock displays used in the game”. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. The company thanked the customers who supported the Metal Gear series.
“We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding as we work to make these products available for repurchase.”
If you already have Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater 3D, you can download the title at any time without any problems. Not all physical copies are affected.
The Metal Gear series is not widely available on Nintendo platforms. Konami released Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater 3D on 3DS in 2012. We also discovered Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes on GameCube in 2004.
