NACON and Abrakam Entertainment announce that adventurers can now play their trump cards at Rockbook. Magic: The Roguevilic Tech Builder, created with the help of Richard Garfield, the creator of The Catering, is now available on Steam and will be released for consoles later.
Rosebook takes place in Feria’s fantasy world. Players unite a group of two heroes and compete in tactical, twist-based battles against the myths of the Rogue Book. The Rock Book is a cursed book whose existence threatens all living things.
Create a team: Each of the four available heroes has their own special cards. Need to develop a strategy and defend the weakest hero to trigger catastrophic combos in the best moment and in the right order of cards.
Deck upgrade: Adding gems to the cards can enhance their effects. By replacing the cards, completely new effects can also be created.
More cards are better: Unlike other games of this type, one of the most important strategies is tuning the deck, encouraging rock book players to build as large a deck as possible, to unlock unique abilities for heroes. These skills are essential for the success of the adventure.
Explore the world in your own way: The chapters of the Roguebook are told non-linearly. Parts of the map are expressed by the sophisticated ink system. The following applies: The more you explore, the more treasures you will find.
Each round count: In truly rugged fashion, players start after appearances. But with each attempt, the players get stronger – thanks to new maps, skills and permanent updates that can be opened.
The Roguebook is now available on Steam.
PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | The game will also be released for the S and Nintendo Switch.
