Amazon subsidiary Ring lifts the veil on its new video Tourbell Pro 2 and presents it as its “The most advanced wire video door bell”, 3D motion detection, aerial vision and night vision thanks to color.

The ring didn’t even go a semester without adding a new smart door bell or surveillance camera to its list. Today, the US start-up, which was acquired by Amazon in 2018 for $ 1 billion, offers its video Tourbell Pro 2.

Ring’s new video intercom presents itself as the most technically executed version with numerous offers and good reason from the American manufacturer. Video Tourbell Pro 2 provides 3D motion detection, which differentiates detections using radar, thus better managing notifications. It has an aerial view, which provides an aerial map of the front of the house. In use, the path is marked with dotted lines and retrieves the path taken by the individual who triggered the alert. As the manufacturer explains “Aerial view is not associated with GPS coordinates, but uses xy matching and timestamp; the map is created by a third-party tool, Mapox, which creates a map when the user enters their address during the 3D phase installation. Motion detection feature”. This therefore indicates that it is necessary to enable 3D motion detection to use aerial view.

    Color pictures at night

This video doorbell sensor can shoot at 1536p HD and is capable of delivering color image at night. This function is triggered only when the alarm is triggered, thanks to the infrared LEDs. Video Turbell Pro 2 is not equipped with a LED projector, which allows the sensor to switch to day mode. Here, color night vision is done directly from the image processing software. We will have the opportunity to check during the laboratory test whether it is as strong as a surveillance camera. Swiss C3X.

Finally, attempts may have been made by ringing the audio page. The mic controls the benefits of sound dissipation and ambient noise cancellation processing.

Like all Ring products, Video Tourbell Pro 2 features privacy features such as operating zones and customizable privacy zones. The device records video footage when visitors press the door or trigger built-in motion sensors. At each detection, a 30V sequence is recorded and stored Cloud Issued by Ring. Note that the 30-day trial period provides free access to the manufacturer’s storage space. After this period, you will have to pay € 3 per month for this benefit.

The Ring Video Tourbell Pro 2 will be available on March 31 at 9,249. It is available for pre-order on Amazon today.
