Especially in North America
According to a user Twitter, Nintendo has removed several titles DSiWare from Nintendo 3DS eShop, Without warning the fans.
“All DSiWare games released in mid-May 2011 have been disabled,” the user writes. Games that can no longer be purchased include the following: Sante: Risky’s Revenge, Asphalt 4: Elite Racing, Ara-Ara Climber, Dr. Mario Express, Mr. Thriller: Drill Till You Drop And others.
The worst affected area is North America. In fact, some of the titles deleted on the American continent are still in the European one.
If you look at any of the affected games in eShop, you will get a message saying “This software is not currently available”.

This may be a temporary bug considering that Nintendo has not yet released any report on the disappearance of the games, but if you have the titles you like, it may be worthwhile to download them before it is too late.
