Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 Update: Sonic the Hedgehog is coming to view

Sega has released the first of many planned free updates for the popular puzzle crossover Puyo Puyo Tetris 2. New Content PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch are available for free.

Fans of the colorful puzzle shortcut can expect 20 new avatars with new characters, new gameplay, cool background music and updates.

It’s new

• Four new playable characters join the tour group: the famous Sonic the Hedgehog, Littlele, Ms. Each character has their own abilities in skill combat mode.
• New Online Mode Pass Raid: Players team up with friends and defeat each other’s opponents for cooperative fun.
• Four new PGM tracks (background music): including Sonic-the-Hedgehog theme song
• 20 New Avatars: More popular Puyo Puyo characters that players can use to customize their profiles.

Sonic the Hedgehog joins the other three characters with the excellent Puo-Puo-Tetris-2-rooster. Seka’s Sonic is popular and well known and certainly does not require a detailed introduction. The fast blue hedgehog lives by its own rules. He hates dishonesty and injustice, and is not ashamed to support what is right.

Mrs. Accord is a teacher at the Primus Magic School. Although she is considered polite and empathetic, she is also known for her distinctive lessons. It only played a minor role in the original Pyo Pyo Tetris. With the update, he will be introduced as a playable character – for the first time since Puyo Pop Fever.

Prince of the Ocean – Beware, Surprise – Prince of the Ocean. He can be very selfish without realizing it. Sometimes he takes on a human form to use certain characters. Like Ms. Accord and Little, she returns as a playable character after creating a cameo on Puyo Puyo Tetris for the first time since Pyo Pop Flu.

Pass Raid Wars

In the new online boss raid mode, players and three friends can face a threatening CPU-controlled boss. Switch players can face dangers together using local wireless multiplayer mode.

In skill combat mode, players can now link their team together using an extended service. The key to success is choosing characters that have the ability to build on each other.
