Cleaner Grimp, Grove Botanic
In 2008, there was something even more fascinating about covering the full 1080P resolution of your entire HD TV at once with 2D graphics. Extraterrestrial, glowing, high-contrast alien gardens in particular were even more special: games inspired by resin-style technoid music were not as popular today. As for the game, Kyoto was very interested in the studio experiment, a kind of friendly smiling alien flea (“crimp”) swinging on a rope and collecting pollen.
The basic principle for switching to Part 2 has changed a bit: this time too, the small theatrical figure is planting its harpoon stems, anchoring it to rotate massively and depart at the right time. Only those who collect enough pollen in the air at this time or when jumping around will find neighboring seeds from which new stems will germinate when touched. Then new paths are developed towards the level targets – the desirable spectra of flowers – that will continue to lure the player in the right direction by beating the pheromone circles. It is clear here that pollination in space takes place slightly differently than is taught in the exhibitions of the NABU District Association of Landscapes.
Cosmic chain link fence
But the new rules apply to space as well – at least compared to PS3: according to Space Allocation Garden Act 16, the switch will no longer allow its speed from rotary motion to be used for the physically correct tab on other parcels. Instead, the simplified manipulation ensures a more arcade-based, more concise feel.
Once you have rotated the rope, you can now move in the opposite direction of the swing or in any other direction. It’s a little sad to initially feel the new dynamic Tarzan is low. In the long run, however, the spirit of the game will rise slightly from its predecessors and the Rotational, Bionic Commando: Reermot, Go! Go! Cosmo Cops or Kick & Fennick. In the end, this is a welcome change because the gardens can be accessed a little faster and more freely.
On the way to the flower
How can you imagine it in practice? The figure jumps like a small flea over a few rocks and begins to spin around the plants, pollinating and collecting as much pollen dust as possible, floating with a click to the nearest seed. Once it fills up, you jump with a double tab in the appropriate direction on a zigzag course so you can touch a new, twisted development. In this way you are gradually approaching the attractive signal circles of the final spectra flower. Then you have to mobilize your way a little more efficiently by dancing pollen structures or using teleportation rooms.
