Starting Tuesday, March 1, 2022, a new application for paying and managing remote parking will be available at Lisieux (Calvados): PayByPhone Replacing EasyPark.

To use it, you need to download the app on your mobile phone and create an account to take advantage of the benefits of paying through the mobile app: take your ticket for free for 2 hours; Beyond this, extend or interrupt the parking period at any time. The PayByPhone team notes that “you no longer have to carry changes to enter your license plate or run for a new ticket every time you enter the parking meter.”

Just a few clicks to select the zone and parking time, then check the fare.

As the end of the parking lot approaches, the reminder alerts “Avoid forgetting”. The “Stretch” and “Stop” functions give users the opportunity to adjust the ticket remotely so that they can only pay for the time actually used.

At the end of the parking lot, a receipt is sent. Can be downloaded in PDF format from the PayByPhone site. “On the control page, surveillance officers have to scan the license plate of the vehicle to see the ticket in real time at their terminal. ⁇
