Very easy to handle. Users will need to download the Wayanavico app, renamed IDF Mobilites. Scan your Navigo Pass with your phone.

IPhone users no longer have to stand in line at RATP terminals to raise their Navigo pass. Now you can top up the traffic card directly with your phone Via mobile application.

I Ile-de-France via the Mobilidus application

Very easy to handle. Users will need to download the Wayanavico app, renamed IDF Mobilites. Then, all they have to do is go to the “Purchase” tab and scan their Navigo card with their phone. All you have to do is select your ticket and pay using your credit card or Apple Pay.

Tickets All tickets are available

All transportation tickets are available for purchase through the application: single ticket but also day or week pass or Orlipus and Roycebus tickets too.

Ion can only be accessed from the iPhone 7

This service is compatible with at least version 13 from iPhone 7, specifying RATP. The iPhones XR, XS and XS Max are not compatible yet, but they will be coming soon.

The dematerialization of Nav Navy is not complete

On the other hand, you can’t use your iPhone as a Navigo card to go through metro gates, so it can be done without tickets or transportation cards. So the dematerialization of the Navigo Pass is not yet complete.

However this service will be available on some devices using Android operating systems from 2019 onwards.

Many more talks are underway

Owners of Android smartphones can buy and verify tickets from their phones from September 2019. So it would have taken 18 months of negotiations to make it possible for iPhone users as well.

Apple actually demanded a commission on the sale of each package, especially since a request was denied by the region, especially to Android manufacturers and especially Samsung who agreed to cooperate without financial compensation. The US company also wanted to have control of the technical aspect through its own protocols and services that were not compatible with RATP technologies.
