Access to the open beta is subject to registration, as announced on the official website. Everyone can participate openly, but you must register. Registration times were given on the official website when the open beta was announced, so you can register on the Steam game page today (Wednesday, September 8) until 4:00 pm. To access it you can type “new world” in the steam search bar and access the game page in the store.
Those interested can request access to PT (2:00 pm UTC) on September 8 at 7:00 am. This is Steam’s Plastest tool via the New World Steam page.

Once on this page, at 4:00 pm, the “Platest” button will appear and you will need to click on it to register.
Once the open beta is installed, wait until the next day, Thursday, September 9, at 4pm (French time), and finally start playing the New World Open beta.

As a reminder, your progress will not be saved at the end of the open beta phase, all accounts will be reset and you will need to restart when the game starts on September 28th. This open beta phase will give you access to all the content available when the new world begins, so you will have plenty of time to sand the game and organize with your company during those few days.
