Thanks to the collaboration of Samsung and Google, the future of the root OS is not as dark as before. Many users are already looking forward to the new operating system and its new functions. But not everyone can be happy, because Google has announced that its two new apps will be available exclusively for root OS3 smartwatches.
The new YouTube Music and Google Maps app is not for OS2
After the official launch of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Series, it quickly became apparent that some root OS had been upgraded. Many users who use a smartwatch with older root OS2 do not know, if so, what functions will be added to their smartwatch with the update.

As for the new YouTube Music and Google Maps, Google has now confirmed that these are designed specifically for smartwatches with the latest version of the operating system. The new Map application is a visual correction of the original application and many of the functions, turn-by-turn instructions remain the same compared to the old version. On the other hand, the YouTube Music app is a completely new version, making its debut on Samsung’s new Wire OS watches. This app allows YouTube Music subscribers of the paid premium version to search in their library and download music from the watch for offline playback. There is also a “smart downloads” feature that automatically updates the offline library when the watch is charging.
YouTube Music Premium subscribers can access over 80 million songs and thousands of playlists in the new YouTube Music app on Ware OS. This is the first YouTube Music Smartwatch app to help YouTube Music Premium subscribers download music to listen to offline without the hassle of having your phone nearby. The processor also has a smart download feature that updates your watch when you charge your downloaded songs and connect to WiFi. You can use the best playlists for the perfect soundtrack no matter what you do.
In addition to the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 models, the Mobvoy Digwatch Pro3 The root has been upgraded to OS3, although this should not take place until 2022.
