The out-of-band update KB5008603 only has bug fixes for Windows 10 version 1809 and Windows Server version 1809: this update fixes a known issue that prevents users from accessing the server via remote desktop and reducing performance. A list of resolved and unresolved issues can be found at Microsoft. This update brings Windows 10 to OS Build 17763.2369 and can only be downloaded from the Microsoft Update Catalog. This update is not available through Windows Update and will not be installed automatically. To use this update, update the Servicing Stack KB5005112 August 10, 2021 onwards. This non-security update includes quality improvements. Major changes include:

- Windows 10 Servicing Stack Update – 17763.2350: This update makes quality improvements to the servicing stack, the component that installs Windows updates. Servicing Stack Updates (SSU) ensures that you have a strong and reliable servicing stack so that your devices can receive and install Microsoft updates.
