KB5004476 solves an issue that may prevent users from opening PDFs with applications that use Internet Explorer 11 or a 64-bit version of web browser control. The update brings the Windows 10 version 2004, 20H2 and 21H1 to OS built-in 19041.1082, 19042.1082 and 19043.1082, and can now be downloaded manually from the Microsoft Update list.
