Microsoft Previews KB5003698 for Windows 10 Version 1909

Microsoft released a new overall update for Windows 10 version 1909 as a preview yesterday evening. The non-security update KB4601380 for Windows 10 version 1909 and Windows Server version 1909 includes bug fixes and improvements found in Microsoft. The update is only available for Windows 10 for Enterprise, Education and IoT Enterprise, as support for Windows 10 Home, Pro, Pro Education, Pro for Workstations and IoT Core has been discontinued.
