Overnight, Microsoft released another unplanned update with version number 96.0.1054.62 for Microsoft Edge for Windows, macOS and Linux. Various bugs and performance issues have been fixed with this update and new features are not expected. With the latest update, Microsoft has detected a vulnerable CVE-2021-4102, for which Google has reported an exploitation, as well as vulnerabilities CVE-2021-4098, CVE-2021-4099, CVE-2021-4100, CVE-2021- 4101 and CVE-2021. -4102 closed. As always, access to details is restricted until most users receive this update. For the standard channel, updates will be released gradually in one or more days. Users who have installed an older version of the Edge will receive an update automatically. If you do not want to wait too long, you can run the update manually: open the Edge, click the three-dot button in the upper right corner of the window> Help and Comment, and then click on Microsoft Edge.
