Message sent by Tim Cook to his teams for Apple’s 45th anniversary

“It’s been an exceptional adventure so far, and it has only just begun.” Tim Cook is celebrating Apple’s 45th anniversary today with the words of Steve Jobs.

In addition to the general message Posted on Twitter, The CEO has sent an email to all his employees. As usual at Apple, there is no room for nostalgia, and we must use this anniversary to create innovative products capable of continuing the original mission and improving people’s lives.

“From the M1 chip to the 5G iPhones, to the iPods that have changed the face of education and productivity, to the watch that monitors your health, to the best software and services that enliven these products, we have never stopped publishing a rhythm that others are trying to follow.”, Writes Tim Cook. Support and encourage its teams at the time of this endeavor.

Tim Cook’s message to Apple employees:

Team

On April 1, 1976, a company was formed in Cupertino that redefines and transforms products into what technology can achieve, and in the process transforms people’s lives for the better. Forty-five years later, we mark this occasion by dedicating ourselves to that mission – and keeping it alive for a long time – rather than lovingly remembering it from the past.

While some things about Apple have changed over the years, important things have not. From the M1 chip to the 5G iPhones, to the iPods that change the face of education and productivity, to the watch that monitors your health, to the best software and services that revitalize them all, we never stop setting the pace as others try to match. What I can tell you with gut determination is that there has never been a moment with such great energy, nor have we ever dedicated ourselves to talent and team. It should not relax us easily. Great energy forces great people to meet it.

I know this past year each of us has experimented in ways we never imagined. It has asked all of us to transform, which has added to the problem of our work, and which has demanded additional solution and commitment in areas of our lives. But I also know that each of us should be greatly proud of what we have achieved at this time. Through a generational challenge, the things we create and the ways we create them have revealed sources of deep and lasting new value to people who love and trust them. Also, at many points, we know that even the brightest days are ahead.

In an email like this, Steve said, “It’s been an exciting journey so far, but we haven’t started,” shortly after I joined Apple, marking the previous year’s anniversary. Still true. Remember that none of us will be here at the end of the story, but it is up to all of us to make sure this is something to say.
