Spotify has not yet fully buried its hi-fi option for premium users. Basically, they are sticking to their plans for music in hi-fi quality, Spotify has now clarified. The introduction was postponed indefinitely.

Spotify had already announced earlier this year that it would bring a new option to premium customers. Spotify HiFi wants to deliver even better quality music to its customers, at no cost, for extra money. In February Spotify announced plans to launch Spotify HiFi by the end of the year.

But then everything changed: now that the year is over, we know, Spotify HiFi is not there yet, Apfellike.com reported. This will not change in the future, but at least: Spotify has not yet completely abandoned this project.

Spotify HiFi is not yet fully dead

Spotify is basically sticking to the introduction of the hi-fi option for premium customers, Explained The music service is at the request of the Golem branch service. Artists and clients have repeatedly expressed their interest in hi-fi music, and one agrees with this opinion.

However, with Spotify HiFi it doesn’t happen that fast. At this time, there is no deadline for introducing such a product. One reason for the delay is undoubtedly the introduction Apple Music Lossless on. Streaming service from Apple Offers lossless music at no extra cost since June, so Spotify can’t pursue it in the first place.
