Details:

* Both applications (ES-E and ES-1) must be submitted in person by the school manager in charge of the state higher education institutions or state educational institutions that run higher education courses, or both national boarding schools and girls’ boarding schools.

* The school principal in charge of state first-round educational institutions has the right to submit both applications (Forms ES-E and ES-1).

* A teacher of a state high school with at least 10 years of service has the right to submit both applications (ES-E and ES-1 models).

* A head teacher or high school teacher, retired for more than 3 years, has the right to submit both applications (Forms ES-E and ES-1).
