The Masterplan platform is dedicated to in-house training, and aims to make it as simple and motivating as ever, as we are told in a message. More than 250 companies, including VW, EON, Otto Group, Commerce Bank and Pierce Storf, use MasterPlan to provide digital training. Among other things, companies can combine their own content with master plan lessons and self-created quiz components in just a few minutes. These interactive learning paths can then be assigned individually to individual staff and evaluate learning progress.
Today Masterbill launches new version 2.0 for mobile application (App Store-Link) Was announced. “As before, mobile users can browse through our dedicated library of constantly updated learning content. For example, we recently published a syllabus written by Arianna Huffington – Productivity through Wellbeing. The new thing is that we have integrated all the other software activities launched in the last six months. We are now implementing our device in large steps on mobile devices, which means it should be simple, comprehensive learning software for companies, ”explains Stephen Buigart, founder of Masterplan.
Users of the Mobile MasterPlan app can now download each lesson on their smartphone. The app’s dashboard has an additional menu item “Downloads” in which all saved courses are displayed collectively. By downloading their courses as soon as WiFi is available, users can reduce their mobile data usage. Learning by air or staying away from the country is now easily possible even in offline mode.
Audio mode and personal learning paths during travel
Jogging or relaxing while on the train, during lunch break: Learning with a primary plan now works without a screen. To do this, you can switch to audio mode by clicking on the antenna icon at the top right of each lesson.
Another additional menu item on the app’s dashboard is “Learning Paths”. It shows all the subjects and courses assigned separately by the manager to the colleagues. It also includes a separate sub-section for compulsory training. In this way, content that is particularly important to companies focuses on the smartphone. The Masterplan iOS app is available for free on the App Store for the iPhone, and requires an additional 31 MB of free storage on iOS 12.0 or later.
