In particular, Microsoft’s service in the United States has problems with online gaming (62%), login (30%) and store (5%). On the other hand, there are problems logging in to the PlayStation service (64%) (23%) and in-store (13%). In Steam, too, there are issues with the Internet (39%), online gaming (38%) and login (23%).
